Halifax, NS -- On October 24th, the Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia presented the Lieutenant Governor's Award for Excellence in Public Administration to Prof. William Lahey, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of King’s College. 

The award is presented in recognition of contributions to public administration that exhibit excellence, dedication and accomplishment.
