Directors and Producers
George W. Jordan – George W. Jordan Media Inc.
George is ‘a seasoned voice’ well known to Atlantic Canadians after a 24 year career as an on-air personality with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).
Best known for his many year’s as host of CBC Radio’s Main Street afternoon drive program in Nova Scotia, George has conducted an estimated 10,000 broadcast interviews during his career.
George is the researcher and host of The Life Changers.
Charles E. Doucet – Moonglow Digital Video Productions Limited
Charles has been in the video and film production business for more than 35 years. He has applied his skills and experience as a cameraman, producer, director and editor to a wide variety of promotional and instructional videos, television and radio commercials for both the private and public sectors.
‘Charlie’ serves as the cameraman, director, editor and producer of The Life Changers.
Chris Beckett – Coordinator, Instructional Television, Mount Saint Vincent University
Chris is a veteran writer, producer and director of many types of programming including news & current affairs, music, drama and documentaries. For the past 22 years has been coordinator of Instructional TV at MSVU.
Chris also shoots and edits various programs for private clients and has had several documentaries broadcast in Canada and abroad in recent years.
Chris provides The Life Changers with studio direction and editing services.
Peter Halpin – Executive Director, Association of Atlantic Universities (AAU)
Peter has served as the Executive Director of the AAU since 2003, following a 25-year career as a senior public affairs counselor in the private sector.
As creator of The Life Changers, Peter is the Executive Producer of the series. In consultation with the AAU’s 17 member universities, Peter identifies the university research and development initiatives that are positively affecting lives and communities in Atlantic Canada and around the world.
Peter also manages partner relations on behalf of The Life Changers.
Corina Kent – Director of Operations, Association of Atlantic Universities (AAU)
Corina has been a senior administrator and director of operations for the AAU since 1997. As Unit Manager for The Life Changers, Corina provides budget management services for the series.
Corina also serves as the relationship manager between university researchers, marketing and communications managers and The Life Changers production team.
