The Ocean Tracking Network (OTN) is a revolutionary marine research initiative that brings together more than 30 institutions worldwide that are in the business of understanding marine life, both from ocean resource management and climate change perspectives. Dalhousie University’s Dr. Ron O’Dor explains how scientists will tag thousands of marine animals for up to 20 years while also tracking the structure and movement of global waterways across all five of the world’s oceans.
